Privacy Policy

1. Scope and responsibility

The app is developed and published under the DDBlue Studio brand, operated by BlueDefen LLC. In this policy, “DDBlue Studio”, “we” and “us” refer to BlueDefen LLC operating the DDBlue Studio brand. This policy covers the app, including its test builds, and communications you send us about it. The studio website has a separate website Privacy Policy.

2. Summary

• No account, login or registration.
• No analytics, crash-reporting or advertising SDKs.
• No tracking, and no access to your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA).
• Your fortune history, notes and settings are stored on your device.
• Optional tips are processed by Apple. We never receive your payment details.

3. Information stored on your device

To make the app work, the following is stored locally on your device:

• Fortune history: the fortune number you drew and the date and time.
• Notes: any notes you choose to write about a fortune.
• Settings and favorites: your language choice and your saved Daily Wisdom favorites.

This information is not sent to us or to any third party by the app. It may be included in your device backups (for example, iCloud Backup) under Apple’s terms and your device settings. Deleting the app removes its local data, although device backups may keep copies.

4. Tips (in-app purchases)

The app offers optional tips through Apple’s App Store. Tips are processed entirely by Apple. The app uses Apple StoreKit to show prices and complete the purchase on your device. We do not receive your name, email address, Apple ID or payment details. Apple provides us with standard sales reports that do not identify you personally. Tips do not unlock any features.

5. Sharing

If you choose to share a Daily Wisdom image, the app uses Apple’s native Share Sheet. The content goes to the destination you choose, which handles it under its own terms. The app does not access your social-media accounts.

6. Support communications

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and anything you choose to include. If you use Contact Support in the app, an email is pre-filled with the app version and iOS version; you can see and edit it before sending, and nothing is sent automatically. We use this information only to reply and to keep a record of the request. Support emails are generally kept for up to two years after the last communication. Please do not send passwords, authentication codes or payment details.

7. Service providers

The app relies on Apple for distribution, in-app purchases and the Share Sheet; see Apple’s Privacy Policy. Our email provider processes support messages you send us. We do not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights or security.

8. Children

The app is a general-audience app and is not directed to children. It has no registration or messaging system, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or a higher age where required by law. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Your rights

Because the app does not send your history or notes to us, you control that information directly on your device: you can delete individual history entries in the app or delete the app. Depending on applicable law (including U.S. state laws and EEA, UK or Swiss law), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information we hold, such as support emails. 10. Changes to this policy

We will post updates on this page and change the date above. If we add features that change how information is handled, we will update this policy before or when they are released.
