Please include the MergeCompass app version, your iPhone/iPad model, iOS/iPadOS version, and a short description of what happened. A screenshot is optional if you choose to provide one.
Restore Purchases
Restore Purchases is intended for eligible non-consumable entitlements such as Remove Ads. It does not restore Coins, consumed Coin Packs, or game progress.
Cloud Save
Cloud Save is optional. When available and enabled, use the same iCloud account across Apple devices. Local gameplay should continue if cloud services are unavailable. Active game/run state may remain device-local.
Ads / Remove Ads
Advertising and Remove Ads support information will be finalized with the production advertising setup. If you experience an issue, contact support with your app version and a description of the problem.

What not to send
Never send your password, Apple ID password, payment-card information, or authentication codes to DDBlue Studio support.
